We built an app that scans a room with an iPhone Pro or iPad Pro and flags ADA accessibility problems before a small business gets sued.
It checks the LiDAR scan against ADA guidelines and patterns from accessibility lawsuits.
Who was left out
Small businesses often learn about accessibility problems from a lawsuit, and customers with disabilities meet those problems first. There are just under 9,000 ADA lawsuits a year. Each one costs a business at least $4,000, and businesses lose about 96% of them.

An app that uses LiDAR on an iPhone Pro or iPad Pro to build a 3D model of a space and flag problems against ADA guidelines and patterns from accessibility lawsuits.
What happened
It won Best Use of marimo at the CoreWeave Agent Loops Hackathon.
What I'd test next
We’re bringing it to small businesses to pilot the app and improve it. We want it to become a real resource for small businesses, advocacy groups, and people with disabilities across the US.
